"It is with a great deal of mixed emotions that I write this letter.
I have a heavy heart having lost my sister Barbara, but at the same time there is joy in my heart knowing that Barbara spent her final years at Victor Royale.
You and your entire staff made her feel at home, catered to her every need, and watched over her with tender loving care, resulting in her being happy and considering all of you as her family.
I am ever so grateful and hope you will extend my thanks to all who cared about her well-being. I keep thinking how fortunate I was in selecting Victor Royale as Barbara’s home.
